1/4~cu butter
1~ ound mushrooms, sliced
2~tables oon green bell pepper, chopped
2~tables oon red bell pepper, chopped
1/2~cu whipping cream
2~tables oon dry white wine
1/2~teas oon salt
1/4~teas oon basil leaves
Recipe
Melt butter i lg skillet over med heat.
Add mushrooms and bell peppers; cook 5 to 7 min or until veggies are stender, stirring occ.
Remove mushrooms nd peppers from skillet; cover to keep warm.
In same skillet, combine cream, wine, salt and basiI. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 min or until
mixture thickens slightly, stirring frequently.
Add mushrooms and bell peppers; cook until thoroughly heated.
Serves 6
