Philip's Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
4 cups rice (i.e., fill the rice cooker to the "4" mark)
3 eggs
1 tblsp minced garlic
1 cup chopped SPAM™
2 tblsp oil
1/4 cup Maggi seasoning or Golden Mountain soya bean sauce
2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
Recipe
1. Cook rice in rice cooker at least a day ahead and put it in the refrigerator uncovered, turning it over once.
2. Cook eggs into an omelet, chop up, set aside.
3. On high heat, fry a garlic and SPAM™, then add the rice and 2 Tablespoons of oil. Chop up until the rice is fully separated and coated with oil, then add Maggi Seasoning.
4. Add black pepper to taste (per Phil "I use quite a lot").
5. Add cooked eggs and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook until a little crispy on the bottom.
