Recipe Introduction
Ketjap manis is available at all Asian grocers, but the recipe isn't the same without it. If you can't find it, use "sweet soy sauce."
List of Ingredients
Per serving:
2 T Stir fry oil
6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken thighs, shredded
1 teaspoon ketjap manis and
1/4 t salt
1/4 t chili paste
1 t ketchup
3 large cloves garlic
1/4 t sesame oil
Recipe
1. Combine stirfry oil, chicken, ketjap manis, and salt in small bowl and set aside.
2.Heat the wok and add oil.
3.Stir fry the marinated chicken until cooked through.
4.While chicken is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a bow. When chicken is cooked, dump in contents of bowl and stir fry about another 10 seconds.
5.Serve immediately, over rice.
