List of Ingredients
2-1/2 lbs tomatoes
1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 orange bell pepper, seeded
1 small red onion
1 bunch of chives
juice of one lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 T mayonnaiseRecipe
1. Puree tomatoes, cucumber, orange pepper, red onion, and chives.
2. Mix in lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
3. While pureeing again, add mayo.
Serve chilled.
