List of Ingredients




1 loaf round bread ( you can use any kind of bread you want, it's good
with
sourdough, Italian, rye , pumpernickel, or whatever!)

1 loaf for cutting up
12 slices crumbled bacon ( I use low salt)
1 z. brick Colby/Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayo
minced onion ( use as much as you like)

Recipe



Cut center out of round bread leaving 1 inch thick shell. Cut removed
bread
into bit-sized pieces .
Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spoon into hollowed bread
shell.
Place on cookie sheet, or baking stone.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. serve with bread pieces and/or crackers.
