A retired Michigan school teacher, I currently teach for three
colleges. My husband and I recently became Master Gardeners putting
in lots of classroom and volunteer time. Can't wait till Spring to
get back outside! Had trouble picking my favorite recipe, so many of
them have come from all of you! This is an oldie, new to me though
and delicious. Always a hit and easy to whip up when company appears
at the door.
List of Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise (lite is fine)
1 cup shredded parmesan or asiago cheese
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or jar) Recipe
Mix together and bake in a shallow casserole dish or pie pan at 350
for 30 minutes until golden. Spread onto your favorite cracker.
Delish!
