Recipe Introduction
hi my name is lysa and I live in Baltimore Md. where it is yet to be
freezing like it should be now. It is a balmy 58. I reside happily
w/ my fabulous husband, my dog- son Buster and my 3 cats Blade, Simon
and Spike (who think they are dogs).
Maryland is for crabs and this dip is a huge hit every time I make it.
You can also use low fat ingredients and it is just as good. Happy

List of Ingredients
2 bars of cream cheese (8 oz each) softened
1 16oz container of sour cream
1lb of crab meat picked over
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 12oz jar of artichoke hearts
4 spring onions
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp of seafood seasoning (like old bay)

chop artichoke hearts and spring onions. Mix remaining ingredients (
I use a mixer) and add veggies -bake in casserole dish @ 350 for about
45 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or sliced
toasted baguette.
