List of Ingredients




7 1/2oz tin salmon drained[skin and bones removed]
4 oz cream cheese
4 drops liquid smoke
1 tbs lemon juice
4 drops Tobasco
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 med onion finely chopped[green onion may be used]
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Recipe



Mix salmon,cream cheese,liquid smoke,lemon juice Tobasco sauce salt and chopped onion, Transfer to a small bowl,cover and chill for at least 1/2 hour.
When chilled roll mixture into a ball and roll in parsley.
Serve with crackers.
