Bennigan's Broccoli Cheese Bites

List of Ingredients
3 eggs beaten
6 ozs shredded monterey jack cheese
1 16 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained and dried
6 ozs shredded colby cheese
2-1/2 ozs. bacon pieces
1/2 Ounce diced onion
1 Ounce flour bread crumbs as needed
Honey Mustard Dressing:
3/4 sour cream
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
1/3 Cup dijon mustard
1/3 Cup honey
1 Tablespoon lemon juice Recipe
Whisk all together until smooth.
Place all ingredients except bread crumbs in bowl and stir thoroughly to
combine. Refrigerate one hour. Heat about 4 cups of oil in fryer or deep pan
to 350 F. Pour bread crumbs into pie plate. Scoop about 1/2 Ounce portion
for each, form into a ball and coat with bread crumbs. Fry for one minute
and drain on paper towels. Serve with honey mustard dressing.
