    List of Ingredients

2 lbs. skinless -- boneless chicken
    breast (2 to 4)
    4 c. flour
    1 T. cayenne pepper
    1 T. garlic powder
    1 T. onion salt
    1 T. black pepper
    6 c. beer
    1 c. water

    Vegetable oil

    Recipe

Wash and cut chicken into 1"-x-4" strips. In a large mixing bowl, combine
dry ingredients. In a separate bowl blend beer and water. In a frying pan or
deep fat cooker, heat vegetable oil to 375.
Soak chicken strips in beer for several minutes.
Remove strips, shaking off excess liquid, and dredge in flour mixture. Shake
off excess flour and place in hot oil. Cook about 5 minutes on each side or
until golden brown and crisp on both sides. Remove from oil and drain on
    paper towels.

    To make sauce, blend:
    2 c. Ranch dressing
2 t. of Tabasco sauce (or more if you like it tangy)

    Serve chicken strips with dip.
