    List of Ingredients




    1 pound crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
    1 pound cream cheese
    Pinch granulated sugar
    Pinch salt
    Pinch ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
    Won-ton wrappers
    Butter for frying rolls

    Recipe



    Pick over crabmeat; chop coarsely. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place about 1 tablespoon mixture on each won-ton wrapper and roll, sealing crab roll with water. Pan-fry rolls in butter until golden brown.

    Makes about 50 rolls.
