Crispy Parmesan Tenders N Dipping Sauce

This one was in a women's magazine a couple of years ago, and it's great!
List of Ingredients
Crispy Parmesan Tenders :
16 Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
1/4 c. veg. oil
1 1/4 c. finely crushed buttery crackers
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 t. garlic powder
Dipping sauce :
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 t. dried dill weed
2 t. minced dill pickle

Crispy Parmesan Tenders :
Preheat oven to 375. Line 15 x 11 x 1 inch baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Pour oil into a shallow dish. In separate shallow dish, combine cracker crumbs, cheese, and garlic powder. Dip tenderloins, one at a time, into veg. oil, then dip in crumb mixture. Arrange coated tenderloins in single layer on prepared pan. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Dipping sauce :
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes: I thaw frozen boneless skinless breasts and cut them lengthwise into strips, rather than buying tenderloins. I think I also cook them a bit longer than the recipe calls for because I like them slightly browned instead of pale colored--just watch them closely toward the end. Enjoy!
