    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can (15 3/4-oz.) chili beans, undrained
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can hunger jack flaky or buttermilk flaky biscuits
    1/4 cup corn meal
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 crushed corn chips

    In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Mash beans; add beans, onion flakes and seasonings to meat; mix well.

    Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Sprinkle corn meal on working surface. Place 2 rows of 5 biscuits each together and press to form a dough piece. Roll to form a 16 x 8" rectangle. Spread meat mixture over dough. Starting at 16" side, roll up jelly roll fashion. Cut into 10 slices. In greased 13 x 9" baking dish, place slices, cut side down, forming two rows. Sprinkle with cheese and corn chips.
    Bake at 350*F for 35 to 40 mins. or until twists are light golden brown.
