List of Ingredients
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup nonfat milk
2 large egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla Recipe
In a large bowl, stir together flour,oats,sugar,baking powder,cinnamon,soda and raisins. Add bananas, milk, egg whites, and vanilla; beat until smoothly mixed.
Spread batter evenly in a nonstick 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in a 350 deg oven until cake begins to pull from pan sides and springs back when lightly touched in center, 20-25 minutes. Serve warm or cool, cut into about 2 inch squares. Store in refrigerator or in the freezer in individually wrapped packages.
