2 Mars Bars, chopped
75 grams unsalted butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
3 cups Rice Bubbles (crispies)
topping:
200 grams milk chocolate
15 grams copha-(hard vegetable shortening) Recipe
Combine Mars Bars, butter and golden syrup in a pan - stir over low heat
until melted. Pour mix over Rice Bubbles and mix well. Press into lamington
tin and refrigerate. Topping: Melt copha and chocolate and pour over base.
