    Quick, Easy, & Gooey All-time Favorite Caramel Corn:
    OK folks --- this one's GREAT for good ol' fashioned family video night. My kid's even love the leftovers the next day --- if it lasts that long!!! Enjoy! Sharon

    List of Ingredients




    Serves 6 (Would be more, but well ------ you'll understand!)

    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    14 large marshmallows
    1/2 c. popcorn, popped (or 2 microwave bags)

    Recipe



    Method:
    Melt butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows over low to medium heat until blended and slightly thickened. Pour over popped corn. Stir to coat. Enjoy while hot
