4 cups Tator Tots
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 16 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 2.8 oz. can Durkee French Fried Onions
1 large tomato, chopped
1 10 3/4 oz. can of condensed cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
1 4 oz. cup shredded chedder cheese (or more to taste) about a 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Recipe
Place potatos on bottom and up sides of 8 1/2 x 13" casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 400 for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, brown beef in large chunks, drain. Layer 1/2 of the beef, 1/2 of the broccoli, 1/2 can Durkee French Fried Onions and 1/2 of the tomatos in potato shell. Layer again. Combine the soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and seasonings. Pour over beef mixture. Bake covered at 400 for 20 minutes. Take out and top with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 2 to 3 minutes longer.
