D-Lux Chocolate Chip Cookies not your run of the mill cookie!


List of Ingredients




1 cup butter softened
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking pdr
2 cups Rice Krispies
1-2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350o
Cream butter and add sugar beating at low speed until light and fluffy
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well
Combine flour and baking pdr and add to creamed mixture until well combined
Stir in remaining ingredients
Drop by lge teaspoonfuls onto pammed baking sheets
Bake 10-12 min
Cool on wire racks
