Easy Sugar Cookies

Recipe Introduction


One cube is one stick or 1/2 C. I have used all butter but never used just all margarine.


List of Ingredients




1 cube margarine
1 cube butter
1 C Crisco
1 C powdered sugar
1 C sugar
2 - 3 eggs
4 C flour
1 t soda
1 t salt
2 t vanilla


Recipe



Cream the first 5 ingredients and then mix in the rest. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350 for 11 minutes. This makes a very large batch. I like this because you don't have to roll the cookies and I do believe this is an excellent tasting sugar cookie!
