Fat free fruit cookies

List of Ingredients
2 medium sized ripe bananas
2 egg whites
1 cup chopped or ground dates
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins Recipe
In large bowl, mash bananas, leave some small chunks, should be 1
cup Mix in egg whites then chopped dates. Mix thoroughly til dates
are thoroughly coated and separate.
Stir in oats. When all is moistened, set side to rest for 10
minutes Preheat oven to 350F and spray cookie sheets using 2
teaspoons, place spoonfuls of dough onto pan. Flatten with back
of spoon.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool on pan
a couple of minutes before removing with spatula. Cool, then store
airtight container. Store in frige or freezer.
*sometimes I'll make a thumbprint ident and fill with fat free, sugar free jam*
