    Mary from Randburg, Sunny South Africa, here again. This is probably
    my most favourite recipe, for two reasons: One it is chocolate (do I
    really need another reason!) and two it is very quick and easy! This
    will serve eight or more, as it is very rich and a little goes a long
    way.

    List of Ingredients




    200g Digestive biscuits, broken into pieces
    250g Butter, melted
    250g Chocolate, melted
    2 Eggs, beaten
    30ml Caster sugar
    15ml Rum or brandy
    Cherries to decorate

    Recipe



    Line loaf tin with foil, leaving overhand at sides. Add sugar and
    butter to eggs, stir. Add chocolate and rum or brandy and beat well.
    Stir in biscuits. Pour into loaf tin, decorate and refrigerate
    overnight. To serve remove from loaf tin and peel off foil.
