List of Ingredients




1 1/2 cups chopped Pecans
3 oz. Coconut
1 box German Chocolate Cake mix
1 stick Margarine or Butter, melted
1 box Powdered Suger
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

Recipe



Spray 9 x 13" pan with non stick spray. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in pan. Prepare the cake mix according to box directions and pour over the pecans and coconut. Mix the melted margarine, softened cream cheese and box of powdered sugar together and pour over the cake batter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares. It's OK, the cracks in the white topping are supposed to be there. That's why it is called an Earth Quake cake.
