    Recipe Introduction


    Very light, moist, and a wonderful peanut taste. A real treat. The crust is like a soft peanut candy.

    Serves : 20
    Prep. Time : 1:45


    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup brown sugar - packed
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 cups flour
    1 cup milk
    2 cups chopped peanuts - optional

    Recipe



    -With electric mixer, beat together butters and sugars.
    -Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
    -Mix dry ingredients in seperate bowl.
    -Measure out milk and set aside.
    -Beat 1/3 of flour mixture then 1/3 of milk into creamed butter mixture. Continue until all ingredients are mix.
    -Stir in peanuts.
    -Pour batter into two prepaired loaf pans or one bundt pan.
    -Bake in 325 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
