Recipe Introduction
Here is my Mom's cheesecake with cherry pie filling. It is great! Hope you
can use it for tonight.
List of Ingredients
1 can cherry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice, exactly
1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch Recipe
Put can of pie filling in the refrigerator.
Bring cream cheese to room temperature and beat thoroughly. Add sweetened
condensed milk and beat throughly. Add lemon juice and stir with a fork to
thoroughly mix.
Pour into crust. Place in refrigerator. Allow to set. Just before ready to
serve, pour cold pie filling over the cheese mixture.
No matter what the event or where she goes, Mom is always asked to bring
this or make it when she gets there.
NOTES : You can use any kind of fruit pie filling that you desire. I always
use Philadelphia brand cream cheese and Eagle brand sweetened condensed
milk. For the lemon juice, I always use the RealLemon in the green bottle. I
get raves over this and it is so simple.
