    Crunchy Pecan Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    1 C Bisquick
    1/2 t creole seasoning
    1/2 t salt
    1 t paprika
    1/2 C chopped pecans
    4 bonelss chicken breast halves, skin on
    1/2 C buttermilk
    1/2 C unsalted butter, melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven 350. Combine biscuit mix, creole seasoning, salt, paprika and pecans. Dip chicken in buttermilk and coat with dry mixture. Place chicken in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Pour butter over chicken and bake uncovered one hour.
