Recipe Introduction
If you like Lemon you will love these.I got the recipe's off the Food Network Site, under Bobby Flays Food Nation. The 2 recipes I got were Lemon Squares and Lemon Pie.I made these both for Easter, and the raves I got were unbeleivable. Those squares were so heavenly and the pie was out of this world. The squares are only 3 ingredients[angel food cake mix--canned lemon and coconut].The pie has more ingredients ,and has 3 layers to it. I got brave and made them for company without making a trial run first like I normally doo. I haven't got any leftovers. In fact I was asked for the recipe from almost everyone.Just thought I would tell you all how good they are .Be prepared for many compliments ,once you make and serve them.
