Mexican Lasagna

Recipe Introduction
This was a recipe in Southern Living December 2001.
List of Ingredients
1/2 Pound of pork sausage
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 can of Jalapeno ranch style pintp beans, drained.
2/3 cup of canned diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 10 oz can of Cream of Celery
1 10 oz. can of Cream of Chicken
1 10 oz can of Enchilada sauce
9 corn tortillas
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Recipe
Cook sausage and ground beef in skillet til done. Drain well. Stir in beans and next 5 ingredients. Heat set aside.
Stir together soups and enchilada sauce in saucepan and heat. Set aside.
Spoon 1/3 of sauce in bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan top with 3 tortillas. Spoon half of beef mixture and 1/3 of sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with half of cheddar cheese. Top with 3 tortillas Repeat layers. ending with tortillas. Sprinkle top with Montery Jack cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Note::: They say you can garnish with chopped tomato and avocado and cialntro. PS, I used only ground beef.
