    I have not tried this yet but the person who fave it to me said her company wanted the recipe as they were eating it!

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. uncooked vermicelli
    3/4 cup thinly cut carrots (2 " long)
    3/4 cup thinly cut zucchini (2"long)
    3/4 cup cut up red pepper
    3/4 cup cut up green pepper
    3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/3 cup sliced onions
    12 oz. deli meat*
    * I used Louis Rich Variety Pac Turkey

    (smoked,bologna,ham,salami)
    Dressing
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ground red pepper
    1 tsp ginger

    Recipe



    Break vermicelli into thirds, cook according to directions. Rinse with cold
    water.
    Cut up veggies and meat into bite size pieces.
    Add all ingredients to cooked and cooled pasta.
    Mix all dressing ingredients and toss with pasta, et al.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Optional --garnish with chopped peanuts.
