Recipe Introduction


Last night I made Marcy's Salad - it's from a restaurant close by in San Juan Capistrano - Cedar Creek Inn - has some unusual flavors put together...everyone in the family enjoyed it. Here are the ingredients:


List of Ingredients




Baby greens
b-b-qued chicken (I used cut up rotisserie chicken)
apples
bleu cheese
red onions
cilantro
sweet corn
spicy peanuts (just used regular)
dressing:
ranch dressing with b-b-que sauce combined.

Like I said - it sounds kind of different but the combination was really good. I did serve the bleu cheese on the side as I didn't want to push my luck!
