    Here is the Alfredo Sauce I make and it is SIMPLE:

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup light cream or sour cream
    1/4 lb. butter

    Recipe



    Combine above ingredients in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Add:

    1 egg yolk.

    Pour over 1 package or box drained fettucine noodles.
