This is truly something to make for your next get together. It is worth the time to make it. If you do let me know what you think. It is fun to present, your guest will realize how much work was involved...... A beautiful large sandwich loaf with a cream cheese frosting...........
List of Ingredients
Sandwich Loaf:
1/2 cup of buttter
1 loaf of sandwich bread, that has been unsliced
Frosting:
2-8 ounce cream cheese
2 tab heavy cream
1/4 cup of mayonaise
3/4 cup of heavy cream whipped
Shrimp Salad Filling:
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 - 7 ounce can of tiny shrimp, finely chopped, and drained well
1/4 cup fo celery finely diced
1/4 cup of Heinz Chili Sauce
2 tab. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Toasted Pecan Filling:
1 3 ounce of cream cheese
1 cup of chopped pecans, toasted
3/4 cup of crushed pineapple, well drained
Chicken and Bacon Filling:
8 slices of bacon, crisp, crumbled
1 cup of finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup of mayonaise
salt and pepper to taste

For shrimp salad filling: In small bowl combine egg, shrimp, and celery. Toss with chili sauce, and lemon juice. Season, Chill, set aside.
For Toasted Pecan Filling: In small bowl add pecans and pineapple to cream cheese and season, blend, cover and seta side.
For Chicken and Bacon Filling: In small bowl combine bacon chicken, and mayonaise. Season..
To assemble::: Whip the butter on high. Trim the crust from the bread, EVENLY. Cuit the loaf into 4 equal lengths-wise slices. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin. Spread 1 side of each slice with the whipped butter. Place 1 bread slice , buttered side up. on a serving platter. Spread evenly with shrimp, Top the second slice withToasted Pecan filling. Top with third slice and spread the chicken bacon filling. Top remaining bread slice/
Frost:::: Beat the cream cheese with 2 tab of heavy cream and mayo. til fluffy. Fold the whipped cream into cheese mixture. Frost sides and top of loaf. and refrigerate 1 hour Before serving. Garnish with parsley or cilantro. Serve in slices..
