    Recipe Introduction

The first thing that attracted me to this is it serves 2... which means a single serving when shrimp are involved around my house. I make this one for a good friend who adores shrimp and it's his favorite.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    4 oz. beer
12 shelled, deveined uncooked large shrimp

    Recipe

In medium saucepan, combine butter, garlic, red pepper, black pepper, thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and beer; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; stir to coat with sauce. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
    Makes 2 servings
