List of Ingredients
Seafood Crepes:
Crepes: makes about 10 crepes
1C flour
1C milk
4 TBS butter
4 egg yolks
dash salt
Topping:
brown,
3 Tbs butter
2Cs chopped srooms
3 Green onions chopped
add
1/2 C brandy or red wine
3 Tbs flour
1 pint heavy cream
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 C cooked shrimp/crab (I use crab of course)
pinch of garlic
salt and pep to taste
add 1/2 C of the topping to filling
Recipe
Fill crepes seam side down in glass baking dish with cooking spray
cover with topping and bake 325 for 25 mins
