Aunt Mildred’s Rhubarb Custard Pie

List of Ingredients
2-1/2 cups unpeeled rhubarb, cut into 1-inch lengths
2-1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Pinch salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 more teaspoons sugar
Pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan Recipe
Combine fruit, sugar, flour, eggs, lemon juice, and salt. Turn into pastry shell. Dot with butter and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sugar. Bake 10 minutes in 450F oven; reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 30 minutes.
