    I tried this a couple of days ago in a recipe that called for a package of Onion Soup Mix, and I didn't see any difference in the flavor of the finished dish. If anything, I thought it was better.

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    2 1/2 tablespoons dehydrated onion

    Recipe



    Mix all together. this will sub for 1 package of soup mix.
