    Recipe Introduction

This Bread is really good and easy to make. Let me know if you like it. It is my all time favorite. Aunt Georgia’s Bread. It depends on how much milk you use and the humidity at the time. I generally use the full 4 cups of milk and can get by with a 5 lb bag of flour. This recipe makes a big batch. They are well worth the effort. They are easier than any other recipe I have tried. I hope that this helps

    List of Ingredients

    3 pkg. quick rise yeast
    1 C. Cooking Oil
    2 eggs
    I T. Salt
    1 C. Sugar
    3-4 Cups Milk
Enough flour to make a soft dough.

    Recipe

Heat milk and oil until lukewarm. Add Eggs, Sugar and salt—Beat . Add yeast and beat. Let mixture set 5-10 minutes. This will proof the yeast. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Make cinnamon rolls, Bierocks or dinner rolls. I like to make squares of the dough and put a piece of cheese and a sausage or hot dog and fold over. They are soooo yummy. Let them rise in a warm place until doubled in size. I usually bake these at around 325° until brown.

note- I generally make up the whole recipe in something. Generally some cinnamon rolls and some bierocks. I never have frozen prior to baking, but have after and have had a good experience. I add some cheese and frozen corn to the ground beef and sauerkraut mixture and it really is good. My neighbors really like it when I mix up the bread. It smells so yummy baking. Even my DH who doesn't really care for any bread really likes this one. He has taken them to work to share with the guys he works with and they really enjoy them. I have never found anyone that didn't like this bread recipe. I hope you try
