    4 large potatoes, peeled, boiled
    4 oz. sour cream
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    salt & pepper

    Recipe



    Beat well in mixer. Put in greased casserole dish, pads of butter here & there, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350* for 30 minutes.
