    Recipe Introduction

Hi Chef! It's Shawn in Slidell again. Greetings to Nell from
Toby,(sheltie) and Pye,(kitty). Not much has changed since my last
submission, except that we lost one of my furbabies to cancer. This
recipe has been a given in the menu for every family gathering since
the 70's. There are rarely leftovers even when we have 2 or three
    pans.

    List of Ingredients

3 10 oz boxes frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 stick (1/4 lb) butter (softened)
1 8 oz block cream cheese (softened)
    1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
    Salt and Pepper
    1 can artichoke hearts drained
    1 can water-chestnuts drained
    1/3 Cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 350F Mix spinach, butter, cream cheese, Worcestershire
sauce, salt and pepper. Spray 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray.
place 1/2 spinach mixture in pan. Spread out evenly. Arrange
artichoke hearts and water-chestnuts over the spinach mixture. Spread
remaining spinach mixture over top. Sprinkle top of casserole with
bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
