    T&T Mom's Stuffed Zucchini

    Recipe Introduction


    This is an old recipe of my mom's that between the 2 of us we have changed it a
    lot from the original. Measurements are approximate cause we never really wrote
    down the amounts

    List of Ingredients




    6 small to med squash about 5 inches each
    3 C shredded bread, soft
    1 small minced onion
    2 T butter
    1/2 to 3/4 C grated parmesan
    1/2 lb mild sausage, depending on the size of the squash

    Recipe



    Cut ends off squash, and boil for about 5 minutes or less depending on size
    Cool and scoop out the insides of squash with a small spoon
    Chop up the scooped flesh of squash
    Mix all ingredients with chopped squash and mound back into squash shells

    Bake 350 for 30 minutes

    I top with more parm while hot.
