- Very tasty. Half the recipe is sufficient for 4 ppl.
- If using half rec, abt an hour is sufficient.
- I added chopped, sauteed white onion between the baked beans. Used baked beans in tomato sauce.
Empty 1 can of beans into 1 1/2 quart casserole; combine brown sugar and mustard and sprinkle half over beans.
Top with other can of beans and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mixture, the chopped bacon, and catsup. Bake uncovered in a slow oven (325°) for 2 1/2 hours.
Can add 1/2 cup chopped sauteed onion in between the two cans of beans.
