Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Bisquick (circa 1980's)



List of Ingredients



• 1/2# to 1 # lean ground beef
  
• 1/2 C to 1 C onion, chopped
  
• 1/2 t salt
  
• 1 C shredded cheddar cheese (more or less to taste)
  
• 1/2 C milk
  
• 1/2 C Bisquick baking mix
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Cook ground beef and onion; drain of excess fat.
   
   
2. Spread evenly into a greased pie plate.
   
   
3. Sprinkle with cheese
   
   
4. Stir remaining ingredients together with fork until well blended. Pour over beef mixture. *mix before baking
   
   
5. Bake @ 375° for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
   
   
6. Serve with all your favorite burger toppings.
   
   
7. Serves 8
