List of Ingredients
BonBons:
1/2 C margarine or butter, softened at room temp.
2 C crunchy peanut butter
1# powdered sugar
3 C Rice Crispy Cereal
Chocolate Coating:
2 - 2" squares of parafin canning wax
18 oz. (1 1/2 pkgs) chocolate chips
Recipe
Combine butter, peanut butter, sugar and rice cereal and form into walnut size balls. Chill for approx. 60 minutes.
In a double boiler; melt parafin and chocolate chips until fluid.
Using a tooth pick or fork, submerge to coat.
Prepare a buttered baking sheet. Place bonbons on cookie sheet. Chill.
To remove: twist ro remove from baking sheet.
Makes 6 dozen. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
