    Cranberry Chicken

    Calorie friendly and YUMMY!

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 boneless/skinless chicken breast half per person
    1/2 to 1 full envelope dry Onion Soup mix
    8 oz Chili / cocktail sauce (or bottled FF French, FF Catalina dressing)
    1 large can whole cranberries.

    Serve over rice or broad egg noodles

    **recipe can be halved

    Recipe

    -spray bottom and sies of casserole dish with nonstick spray
    - add chicken breasts to prepared pan (can sautee to brown outside of chicken)
    -mix all ingredients and pour over chicken breasts.

    Bake covered @ 350° for 20 minutes,
    uncover ans baking uncovered for approx. 25-40 minutes until bubbly and chicken breast are cooked through (juices run clear)
