List of Ingredients
2 1/2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tsp corn starch
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tsp fresh grated ginger
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350* Put chicken in a large baking dish so it is all
in one layer. Combine all other ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2- 2 hours. Serve with rice.
