    Don't bother buying different creams. Whipping cream keeps for a very long time, and thus is always in my fridge. If you've got whipping cream and milk, you can make Half & Half and coffee cream

    1) 18% (half and half) buy cutting it 50-50 with milk.

    2) For 10% coffee cream: cut with milk for 10% by using a 1/4 whipping cream to 3/4 milk"
