    This is THE most FABulous applesauce I have ever had!

    List of Ingredients




    3 each (6 total): Gala & Golden Delicious Apples - peeled, cored and coursley chopped
    1 lemon, juiced
    2 cinnamon sticks
    1/4 C sugar
    pinch salt
    2 T butter

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400°
    Spread apples out in a casserole pan and add lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, sugar, salt and butter.
    Bake until the apples are roasted and soft, about 30 minutes.
    Serve chunky or mash to desired.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Yields 2 cups
