A blend of herbs, traditional in southern France.
Great on chicken or lamb
List of Ingredients
- 3 T dried thyme
- 2 T dried savory
- 1 T dried oregano
- 3 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1 T dried lavenader flowers (opt)
Instructions
- Combine and store in an air tight container.
- Yields approx. 1/2 C
