    Recipe Introduction

This will rock your world! We LOVED it and so did the kids!

    List of Ingredients

    1½ lb. pork tenderloin

    Marinade:
    2 TBSP. olive oil
    4 TBSP. balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, pressed (crushed & minced)
1½ TBSP. chili powder (*adds heat, more or less to taste)
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. dried oregano
    ½ tsp. ground cumin
    ½ tsp. ground cloves
    ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

    Recipe

    1) Whisk together everything but the pork (duh!) and cinnamon until thoroughly blended. (*I added all spices together)

    2) Pour marinade over pork. Marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

    3) Heat grill to medium high. Grill pork until center is pale pink, about *15-17 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve immediately.

*May need to adjust cooking time depending on the size & thickness.
