Piccata Sauce & topping for Fish

List of Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 C dry white wine
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T capers
- Fish topping:
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 # firm white fish (sea bass, halibut)
Instructions
- In a nonstick pan, sautee garlic in 1/2t olive oil
- Add wine, lemon juice and capers
- Boil uncoverd until liquid is reduced by half. Remove from heat.
- Rub fish with oil on both sides.
- Place under broiler for about 3 minutes. Turn fish over and top with grated parm. cheese.
- Broil until fish is opaque and flakes gently when touhed with a fork.
- Serve fish on individual plates and top with sauce.
