Fresh Garden Gazpacho

Recipe Introduction
Great for lunch or dinner on a hot summers' day
List of Ingredients
- 1 32-46 oz. bottle of tomato juice, chilled
- 2 whole limes, squeezed
- 6 dashes hot sauce
- 1 dash Worchestershire
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t sea salt
- ground black pepper
- dash red wine vinegar
- Veggies: all diced into bite sized pieces
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 4 scallions w/ tops
- 2 med/large fresh tomatoes or 1 can diced w/ juices
- 1/4 C fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 each: medium red, yellow sweet bell pepper
- 1/2 medium cuke, peeled and seeded
- 2 medium carrots, peeled or handful of baby carrots
- 1/2 medium zucchini
- 2 T fresh basil
- *All ingredients, more or less to taste. Measurements not critical.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
Optional: For fuller flavor: In batches in a blender, food processor or with a blender stick, blend to desired consistency. Blending will bring the flavors together
