    Great for lunch or dinner on a hot summers' day


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 32-46 oz. bottle of tomato juice, chilled
    • 2 whole limes, squeezed
    • 6 dashes hot sauce
    • 1 dash Worchestershire
    • 1/2 t garlic powder
    • 1/2 t sea salt
    • ground black pepper
    • dash red wine vinegar
    • Veggies: all diced into bite sized pieces
    • 2 stalks celery
    • 1/2 medium red onion
    • 4 scallions w/ tops
    • 2 med/large fresh tomatoes or 1 can diced w/ juices
    • 1/4 C fresh flat leaf parsley
    • 1 each: medium red, yellow sweet bell pepper
    • 1/2 medium cuke, peeled and seeded
    • 2 medium carrots, peeled or handful of baby carrots
    • 1/2 medium zucchini
    • 2 T fresh basil
    • *All ingredients, more or less to taste. Measurements not critical.


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients.
      Optional: For fuller flavor: In batches in a blender, food processor or with a blender stick, blend to desired consistency. Blending will bring the flavors together
